If you are a travel agency, a cooperation agreement shall be signed between us, which will specify the payment terms. This is our standard Chinese version, the same one we use for collaborations with travel agencies from other countries such as Nepal and Russia.

Both parties are required to provide each other with the business license of the travel agency, the identity documents of the responsible person (ID card for Chinese parties and passport for foreign parties), as well as proof of insurance purchase.
