DAY 1 | Foreign Airports ✈ Urumqi | Dinner
Upon arrival at the airport, meet your group and board a flight to Urumqi, a beautiful city along the Silk Road.
Dinner includes special meals or late-night snacks.
DAY 2 | Urumqi – Korla | Breakfast / Lunch
After breakfast, travel by coach to Korla, a city known for its petroleum industry.
En route, visit:
Dabancheng Wind Power Station, the largest wind power base in Asia
Lotus Lake (including boat ride), part of Bosten Lake, the largest inland freshwater lake in China
DAY 3 | Korla – Kuqa | Breakfast / Lunch
Visit Luntai Poplar Forest, the world’s largest and best-preserved natural poplar forest, known as a “living fossil” from the Tertiary period.
Continue to Kuqa.
DAY 4 | Kuqa | Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
Tianshan Mysterious Grand Canyon
Located at an altitude of around 1,600 meters, with peaks reaching 2,048 meters. The canyon features dramatic rock formations, steep cliffs, and narrow passages.
Kizil Caves
A complex of 236 Buddhist grottoes dating from the 3rd to 8th centuries, one of the earliest large-scale cave temple sites in the region.

Kuqa Great Temple, a traditional wooden structure temple
Gate of the Desert, located at the southern edge of the Taklimakan Desert, marking the entrance to the vast desert landscape

Bosten Lake
The largest inland freshwater lake in China’s desert region, where endless blue waters meet golden reeds and vast skies. A peaceful oasis hidden among the landscapes of Xinjiang.
Luntai Poplar Forest
One of the world’s largest wild poplar forests. These ancient trees, known as the “guardians of the desert,” transform into a sea of gold in autumn.
Tianshan Grand Canyon

Booking Notes:
This itinerary is a new product launched in 2026 and operates as a shared group tour.
Each group consists of 2–16 guests, creating a boutique small-group experience for greater comfort and flexibility.
This is an international mixed group tour, and there may be both international and Chinese travelers in the same group. If you have any concerns regarding this arrangement, please inform us in advance before booking.
Departure Schedule:
April – May: Departures every Tuesday and Thursday
June – September: Departures every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
If the number of English-speaking guests reaches 7 or more, a bilingual Chinese–English guide will be arranged. If there are fewer than 7 English-speaking guests, an additional fee may apply for arranging an English-speaking guide.

The above prices are based on per-person participation in the group tour. Specific departure dates and availability are subject to final booking confirmation.
Price Includes:
Entrance Tickets: First entrance ticket fees for the attractions listed in the itinerary.
Accommodation: Stay at 4-diamond standard hotels or equivalent throughout the trip.
Transportation: Comfortable tourist vehicles arranged according to group size.
Meals: Meals specified in the itinerary will be provided free of charge if the group size is greater than 10 people. If the group size is less than 10 people, no meals will be provided.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance coverage during the tour.
Service Fees: Fees for tour guide and driver services.
Price Excludes:
Single Room Supplement: Additional charge applies for single occupancy.
Local Transportation: Optional shuttle buses within scenic areas and transportation to/from the meeting point are not included.
Additional Attraction Tickets: Tickets for optional attractions or sub-attractions within the scenic areas.
Upgrade Fees: Price differences caused by upgrades such as flight class, hotel category, or room type.
Children Policy: Children do not occupy a bed by default. If a bed is required, an additional fee will apply. Entrance tickets are not included for children and should be purchased at the attraction entrance according to height.
Force Majeure: Additional expenses caused by factors beyond control, such as transportation delays, strikes, weather conditions, aircraft mechanical issues, flight cancellations, or schedule changes.
Personal Expenses: Any personal consumption such as shopping, beverages, or other private expenses.
Optional Activities: Entertainment or optional activities not included in the itinerary are voluntary and paid separately.
Special Note:Breakfasts included in the itinerary are provided by the hotels. Lunches, dinners, and specialty meals listed in the itinerary will be offered complimentary if the group size exceeds 10 participants.
