This itinerary includes high-altitude regions, reaching up to approximately 3,000 meters. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions (such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, etc.) and senior travelers are advised to carefully assess their physical condition and inform us in advance.

3. Altitude Sickness Reminder

Guests who have previously experienced severe altitude sickness are advised to carefully consider before booking this trip.

4. Additional Tips

Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol, and it is not recommended to bathe during the initial days

Transportation: High-speed rail (second-class seat) between Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou/Huanglong; For the itinerary within Ngawa Prefecture, vehicles will be carefully selected according to the actual number of people.
