Day 1 | Arrival in Nyingchi
Upon arrival in Nyingchi, your guide and driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel for rest and acclimatization.
Nyingchi, with its relatively low altitude and gentle scenery, offers a perfect soft landing into Tibet.
Day 2 | Nyingchi – Sejila Pass – Lulang
Visit Sejila Pass and encounter snow-capped peaks while hanging prayer flags for blessings.
Explore Lulang, known as the “Little Switzerland,” and enjoy horseback riding, archery, coffee, and local teas in a relaxing atmosphere.
Day 3 | Lulang Forest – Yani Wetland – Niyang River
Discover the poetic beauty of Lulang Forest, often called the “Green Paradise of Tibet.”
Experience the “Jiangnan scenery on the plateau.”
Visit the Niyang River scenic area and witness the unique meeting of clear and muddy waters.
Day 4 | Nyingchi – Basum Tso – Lhasa

Day 10 | Everest Base Camp – Dingri – Shigatse

This is a premium customized tour. If you have specific preferences regarding attractions, hotel standards, or itinerary pace (upgrade or simplify), we are happy to tailor the trip to suit your needs.
2. High-Altitude Advisory
This itinerary includes high-altitude regions, reaching up to approximately 5,000 meters. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions (such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, etc.) and senior travelers are advised to carefully assess their physical condition and inform us in advance.
3. Altitude Sickness Reminder
Guests who have previously experienced severe altitude sickness are advised to carefully consider before booking this trip.
4. Safety Assurance
Oxygen supply equipment will be provided throughout the journey. Experienced professional guides will accompany you to ensure safety and comfort in high-altitude environments.
5. Tibet Travel Permit
We will assist in obtaining the Tibet Travel Permit. Please provide accurate passport details and nationality in advance. Any issues or refusals caused by incorrect or incomplete information will be the responsibility of the traveler.
6. Itinerary Changes
If the itinerary needs to be changed or terminated due to the traveler’s personal health condition, any incurred costs (such as hotels, transportation, entrance tickets, etc.) will not be refundable.
7. Additional Tips
Avoid strenuous activities upon arrival; ensure adequate rest
Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol, and it is not recommended to bathe during the initial days
Use sun protection and keep warm (significant temperature differences between day and night)
